Pauline is the owner/ partner of Welcon Technologies Pty Ltd. Welcon was established in 1998 and is an electrical engineering design specialist delivering customised Electrical Engineering solutions across local Government, Health Services, Mining and Industrial clients throughout Queensland and Australia. Welcon have 3 offices located in Gladstone, Townsville and Brisbane employing 43 employees

 

With over 24 years of experience in the industrial sector, Pauline’s portfolio covers, Financial Management, Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety & Environment and Internal Auditing.

 

Pauline is passionate about promoting Gladstone and volunteers on a number on community and industrial Boards. Pauline is a Life Member of Gladstone Basketball conducting a Referee Academy to identify, educate and provide a planned pathway to those officials who display interest and potential to progress to an elite level of officiating.

 

Having attended many National Basketball Tournaments and the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Pauline was awarded the 2019 Basketball Queensland Female Official of the Year
