Yesterday marked the commencement of our newest group of trainees in Rockhampton under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program.

Over the next 18 weeks, these individuals will be immersed in work opportunities and educational experiences provided by our partner organisations, focusing on developing skills in the fields of business and hospitality. Their goal is to successfully earn The Certificate I Workplace Skills in either Business or Hospitality.

We would like to express our appreciation to Mayor Tony Williams, as well as Councillors Shane Latcham & Marika Taylor for their presence at the event, and also recognize the invaluable support from our community partners. 👏💐

We wish each of our SQW trainees the very best as they take a small step towards a rewarding career ahead. 🎉
